To setup a gift card relationship we need the following:

• Merchant Setup Form

  • Needs to be filled out and signed by the merchant, we need to know the number of terminals at the location that will need to use Factor4.

• Stock or Custom Order Form

  • This form tells the Factor4 team what the merchant will be ordering.

• Voided Check

  • For billing purposes

• Standard gift cards

  • Shipped within 3-5 business days.

    • During the Holiday season this can extend up to 1-2 weeks.

• Custom Gift Cards

  • Shipped within 1-2 weeks after the proof has been approved.

    • During the Holiday season this can extend up to 3-5 weeks.
